Job Summary: We are seeking a WordPress Web Designer experienced in building, editing, and redesigning websites, with a focus on aesthetic enhancement, navigation improvement, and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build, edit, and redesign websites on WordPress 2. Optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals) 3. Make visual adjustments without relying on advanced programming **Objective:** As a WordPress Web Designer, you will be responsible for building, editing, and redesigning websites on WordPress. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Building and editing websites on WordPress * Managing the hosting where our websites are stored. * Changing colors, logos, fonts, section layouts, and overall site structure. * Redesigning pages or sections to improve aesthetics, navigation, and conversion. * Addressing urgent technical requests (e.g., phone number, address, business hours, forms, etc.). * Optimizing site performance (image file size, fast loading, Core Web Vitals). * Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and account managers to ensure visual consistency. * Making visual adjustments independently, without reliance on developers or advanced programming. * Independently tracking assigned tasks with thorough documentation. * Basic knowledge of SEO and speed optimization. * Experience integrating forms, CRM systems, or external tools.
