Document Management * Organizing and controlling departmental documentation. * Supporting standardization of processes and records. * Compiling required forms and controls for developing the Quality Management System. Operational Support for the Department * Tracking basic recruitment and personnel administration indicators. * Assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. * Coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal processes. **Required Profile** Education Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Experience managing personnel files and document control.
