Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment and climate control systems, including diagnosis, repair, adjustments, and installation of various types of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering professional service. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and repair of various climate control systems. 2. Identification and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. 3. Desirable experience in hotels, corporate buildings, or residential buildings. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment and climate control systems Main Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments on equipment such as mini-split, VRF, fan & coil, chillers, packaged units, and central systems. - Execute preventive maintenance programs according to the established schedule. - Identify mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults and propose technical solutions. - Perform deep cleaning of units, pressure checks, refrigerant level calibration, and duct condition verification. - Record services, technical reports, and findings in internal forms. - Install climate control equipment and ensure proper operation. - Respond promptly to urgent repair requests to minimize downtime. - Comply with industrial safety standards and proper handling procedures for refrigerant gases. - Provide professional and courteous service to customers or internal departments. Desirable experience in hotels, corporate buildings, or residential buildings. Technical Knowledge: - Repair and maintenance of mini-split, inverter, VRF, and central systems. - Basic and intermediate electricity. - Handling of refrigerants R410A, R32, R22 (as per applicable regulations). - Use of measurement tools (manometers, multimeters, clamp meters).
