Summary: The Full Stack Developer designs, builds, and supports secure, scalable, high-performance digital experiences for B2B advisor platforms, contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Highlights: 1. Design, build, and support secure, scalable digital experiences. 2. Contribute across the full software development lifecycle. 3. Leverage AI-assisted and agentic development tools. The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable, and high performance digital experiences for B2B advisor platforms across the Americas. This role partners closely with product owners, UX designers, security, and platform teams to deliver modern, cloud native web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Angular, and AWS, supporting both public facing and authenticated experiences. As a hands on engineer, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and production support—while applying sound engineering judgment, security by design principles, and modern DevOps practices. The role encourages thoughtful use of AI assisted and agentic development tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and automation while maintaining strong governance and code standards. \*\*This hybrid role (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) is based in Mexico City, MX\*\* The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable, and high performance digital experiences for B2B advisor platforms across the Americas. Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Full stack development experience using Angular, Java, and TypeScript. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third‑party platforms. Experience building and deploying applications on AWS. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment automation. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker. Working knowledge of secure web development, authentication and authorization flows, and SSO. Experience working within or contributing to enterprise design systems. Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design. English speaking required. **Special Factors** Hybrid work schedule with in‑office presence required Tuesday through Thursday. Participation in on‑call or production support rotations may be required on a limited basis. Nice to have: exposure to agentic AI concepts or workflows, AI‑assisted development tools, headless CMS or cloud‑native architectures, and DevSecOps practices. **How We Work** Vanguard has implemented a hybrid working model for the majority of our crew members, designed to capture the benefits of enhanced flexibility while enabling in\-person learning, collaboration, and connection. We believe our mission\-driven and highly collaborative culture is a critical enabler to support long\-term client outcomes and enrich the employee experience.
