




**Role:** The Packaging and Label Designer is a junior contributor responsible for the visual and creative design of private-label product packaging and labels displayed on retail sales floors to generate demand, as well as customer attraction and loyalty. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Develop packaging and label designs and final artwork using impactful and functional designs that comply with regulations for various products in the retail sector. 2\. Create dummies and mock-ups by producing physical packaging prototypes (dummies) for form and material testing. 3\. Produce renderings illustrating product packaging and labels in consumption contexts (product in use, on shelf, in real-life environments or lifestyle settings). 4\. Propose innovative packaging solutions meeting technical, regulatory, and marketing specifications requested by the Marketing and Legal departments. 5\. Develop packaging for POP materials—either through new designs or based on materials created for existing advertising campaigns. 6\. Ensure the visual and technical quality of designs, artwork, and samples. 7\. Participate in trend reviews and special projects. 8\. Evaluate packaging material compatibility and stability.
