Join our team and contribute to the well-being of aquatic life through monitoring and control of critical systems. **Job Objective:** To monitor, analyze, and maintain water quality parameters, ensuring an optimal environment for aquarium species during the night shift. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical inspections of life support systems * Execute aquarium lighting activation and shutdown * Perform equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance * Follow up on activities from previous shifts * Conduct physicochemical tests (pH, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, salinity, temperature) * Record, analyze data, and generate technical reports * Detect and report parameter deviations or system failures * Collaborate with various departments to resolve incidents * Respond to emergencies related to water quality * Conduct shift handover **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Biology, Marine Biology, Hydrobiology, Oceanography, Environmental Engineering, Aquaculture, Chemical Engineering (Industrial)** or related field * Desirable knowledge in chemistry or biochemistry * Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in: * Water quality analysis * Laboratories or water treatment plants * Aquaculture farms * Knowledge of filtration systems (pumps, mechanical and biological filters) * Desirable experience in Life Support Systems (LSS) or Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) * Proficiency in laboratory equipment (probes, spectrophotometers, multiparameter meters) * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays **Skills:** * Data analysis and interpretation * Attention to detail * Teamwork and effective communication * Organization and time management * Knowledge of safe handling of chemical substances **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to work in both laboratory and field environments * Availability to work in humid and variable-temperature environments * Ability to lift equipment and materials * Stamina for night shifts and rotating schedules **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Complimentary uniform **Work Location:** Michin Aquarium CDMX **Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM** **Night shift, full-time schedule (48 hours per week)** **Interested candidates may apply via this platform or send a WhatsApp message to: 55 2089 6430** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
