We are currently looking for a BDC SALES COORDINATOR Requirements: \+ Minimum age: 25 years old \+ Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing. \+ Experience in automotive dealerships \+ Goal-oriented work approach \+**Must live no more than 1 hour away** Responsibilities: \+ Make calls to first-time customers visiting the dealership to assess their satisfaction level with the Sales Advisor and record the feedback in the CRM system. \+ Make follow-up calls to customers within 48 hours after they purchase a vehicle to assess their satisfaction with the purchase. \+ Verify customer order details passed on to the Commercial Management Assistant, ensuring completeness of Name, Address, and Phone Number. \+ Call prospects and customers to inform them about (invitations, promotions, discounts, new vehicles) to enhance customer loyalty. \+ Provide support at the reception desk We offer: \+ Base salary \+ Attractive commission structure \+ IMSS
