Apply now and become part of our team. **Job Responsibilities:** The candidate will be responsible for fabric spreading and laying, arranging fabric to optimize yield according to cutting pattern specifications, manually cutting pieces with precision, speed, and minimal waste, handling and optimizing materials in accordance with production standards, counting, marking, and numbering cut pieces, reporting excess material, defects, or incidents, interpreting patterns, cutting layouts, and production orders, meeting daily production targets. Supporting general production area activities, maintaining a clean and organized workplace. **Skills, Experience, and Competencies:** Experience: 3\+ years in a similar cutting role Knowledge of fabric spreading techniques and fabric behavior during cutting Proficiency in operating cutting machines Ability to interpret cutting layouts and maximize fabric utilization Technical Interpretation: Ability to read and understand technical sheets, patterns, and templates to prevent production errors Labeling, bundling, and bagging of cut pieces Technical Knowledge: Ability to identify malfunctions in machinery or materials and report them promptly Knowledge: Manual dexterity, textile knowledge, cutting tools Experience in the textile industry Experience in mass production Responsible and punctual Teamwork capability Organized Proactive Ability to work under pressure **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including one-hour lunch break Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm — only if full-week punctuality is maintained; otherwise, full Saturday shift applies. **Requirements:** Gender: Indifferent Minimum Education: Completed secondary education Age: Between 25 and 45 years old Full-time **We Offer:** Competitive salary $ 10,000\.00 (Monthly) Seasonal contract Positive work environment Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: Onsite employment
