THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY CANDIDATE PROFILE We seek a proactive, solution-oriented technician focused on customer service: - Experience in maintaining multifunctional devices - Knowledge of brands: RICOH, XEROX, KYOCERA, and/or CANON - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical failures - Customer service attitude, responsibility, and commitment - Willingness to perform fieldwork - Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles - Valid driver’s license MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Installation and configuration of multifunctional devices Customer support and follow-up on service reports Diagnosis and resolution of technical failures Handling of tools and spare parts Why join us?
