Constant communication with users and leaders ICSI COMERCIAL IS SEEKING: Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual technical support engineer Working Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hours Salary: $28,000 gross monthly Contract Duration: 3 months Responsibilities: * On-site technical support to end users (hardware, software, and access) * Ticket management and resolution via ServiceNow, ensuring timely tracking and closure. * Administration of IT assets (laptops, iPhones, monitors, and peripherals) * Equipment preparation, configuration, and assignment to users. * Execution of secure data erasure (Secure Erase) prior to reuse or final disposal. * Recording, updating, and validating assets in corporate systems. * Support for basic corporate applications. * Incident handling and follow-up for connectivity, antivirus, and account access issues. * Constant communication with users and leaders. * Compliance with security processes, audits, and corporate policies. MUST-HAVE: Conversational English. Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers and management. Ability to work under deadlines and complete tasks on time.
