




**Technical Support Coordinator** **Location:** Ciudad Juárez, Colonia Río Bravo, Chihuahua **Salary:** $40,000–$50,000 MXN gross monthly (based on experience) **Work Mode:** On-site We are seeking a **Technical Support Coordinator** with experience in **incident management**, **SLAs**, **operational priorities**, **IT infrastructure**, and **ITIL methodologies**. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in **technical support**, **technology administration**, and **IT team leadership** within corporate environments. The primary objective is to ensure **operational continuity**, guarantee **service quality**, and coordinate the on-site support team to maintain technological efficiency across the department. Key Responsibilities * **Lead and coordinate** the on-site technical support team. * **Manage workloads**, assign tasks, and define **priorities** to meet **SLAs**. * **Manage incidents and service requests**, from initial logging through to final resolution. * **Monitor IT infrastructure** to detect failures and operational risks. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** of hardware and software. * Manage **IT inventory**, equipment, and devices. * Coordinate with **external vendors** and manage warranties. * Document **incidents, solutions, root cause analyses (RCA)**, and activities per corporate standards. * Implement practices aligned with **ITIL** and security policies. * Collaborate with business units, communications, operations, and IT projects. * Report **KPIs**, performance metrics, and service-level compliance. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Communications**, **Networking**, or related field (degree preferred). * 3+ years of experience in **ICT support**, plus at least 1 year leading personnel. * Experience in **incident management**, classification, and handling of **priorities**. * Solid knowledge of **ITIL** (ITIL Foundation certification preferred). * Experience in **infrastructure monitoring**, **RCA**, and problem resolution. * Proficiency with **ServiceNow** or similar **ticketing systems**. * Strong command of **Windows 10+**, **Microsoft Office**, **Active Directory**, and hardware maintenance. * Experience using **CRM** systems (SAP, NetSuite, or others). * Preferred: **Linux**, **VPN**, **virtualization** (VirtualBox, VMware), **Cisco**, **structured cabling**. * **English B2+** proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. * Availability for on-site work, critical incident response, and domestic travel.
