




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk to perform support and administrative assistance activities, with no sales or collections responsibilities. Administrative tasks Customer Service \- Data Entry Clerk (Afternoon Shift) Requirements Completed high school diploma Ages 20 to 45 Minimum six months of experience in customer service, data entry, or as an administrative assistant. **Responsibilities:** Handling customer service phone calls (no sales or collections). Assisting customers with using the company’s portal. Reviewing digital documentation related to customer files. Handling tickets. Performing administrative tasks. **Work Location:** Periférico Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho, Col. Lomas de Barrilaco, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (landmark: Hacienda los Morales, between Av. de las Palmas and Horacio Street). Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Availability required for the first two weeks of training: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary of $9,500 MXN, plus statutory benefits.
