




Position Summary: Talent Management Coordinator responsible for overseeing the hiring pipeline, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing operational performance to optimize processes. Focus on process optimization **Main Responsibilities (100% Talent Management)** **Hiring Pipeline Oversight:** Coordinate workflows of assistants and data entry clerks to ensure no bottlenecks occur from application submission through contract signing. **Budget and Resource Control:** Manage inventory of departmental supplies and oversee the budget allocated for job board postings and recruitment materials. **Compliance Assurance:** Verify that 100% of selection processes comply with the company’s internal policies and applicable legal regulations regarding data protection. **Operational Performance Analysis:** Generate and analyze monthly KPIs on the department’s administrative effectiveness (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and file quality). **Vendor Relationship Management:** Coordinate interactions with external recruitment services, socioeconomic studies providers, and job platforms. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related technical field with extensive experience. **Residence:** CDMX (Benito Juárez neighborhood) or areas with easy access to the industrial zone/center. **Leadership:** Proven ability to organize work teams and delegate administrative support tasks. **Skills and Knowledge** **Technical:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate-to-advanced Excel for reporting), experience with ATS systems and project management tools. **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law and current regulations governing confidential information handling. **Competencies:** Systems thinking, excellent institutional communication, strong organizational capacity, and focus on process optimization. **What the Company Offers** **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, vacation days, and vacation premium from day one. **Direct Employment:** Job stability with a direct employment contract issued by the company. **Professional Development:** Opportunity to lead the administrative transformation of the Human Capital area. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
