Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic / Transportation Assistant to manage and monitor delivery punctuality and tracking, ensuring high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and verify timely arrival for loading. 2. Monitor vehicles en route and update trip statuses. 3. Report incidents and maintain communication with the customer. Our team members are the most important part of achieving continued results; due to our growth, we are currently seeking the following: **Traffic / Transportation Assistant** *What are we looking for in this position?* * We seek a person passionate about and committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers. *How will we achieve this?* * Supporting the Transportation Department Head to ensure all deliveries are completed on time and as scheduled. *Requirements:* * Eagerness to learn and collaborate toward achieving our goals * Desired experience in similar positions * Age: 25 to 45 years * Completed high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field * Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint * Familiarity with Google Maps / GPS platforms *Skills:* * *Responsibility* * *Honesty* * *Negotiation* * *Communication* *What tasks must be performed?* * *Coordinate with drivers to verify timely arrival according to the loading times specified by the customer.* * *Monitor vehicle locations during transit using GPS and phone contact.* * *Update trip statuses in the platform.* * *Coordinate with the provider to ensure the GPS correctly identifies the assigned vehicle.* * *Supervise that loading occurs within the scheduled timeframe.* * *Ensure unloading at the destination is completed on time and as scheduled.* * *Identify and report incidents occurring during transit.* * *Maintain constant communication with the customer for service updates and follow-up.* * *Align all activities with our customers’ security protocols and procedures.* * *SECONDARY ACTIVITIES:* * Maintenance and mechanical tasks.
