Knowledge of NOM-035-STPS and Moodle A reputable company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone is seeking: TRAINING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a training analyst Work location: Coyoacán Borough, CDMX Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor experience, solid understanding of NOM\-035\-STPS, course and teaching material development RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the Corporate Needs Diagnosis (DNC) process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Deliver scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and teaching materials Prepare the descriptive letter and session plan for each course Deliver the induction course for new employees Ensure legal compliance in training and instruction matters Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Apply NOM-035 Support employee integration and motivation programs Operate the MOODLE platform Desirable: Instructional design knowledge WE OFFER: Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits Timely payments Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
