Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer for a security company to develop and disseminate training programs, as well as coordinate, supervise, and evaluate staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and disseminate training programs for operational staff 2. Coordinate and supervise staff training and evaluations 3. Prepare training materials and research relevant topics IMPORTANT: SECURITY COMPANY SEEKING **TRAINER** --------------- REQUIREMENTS: * DC5 certification (PREFERRED) * Minimum education level: High School Diploma * Valid driver's license (not issued by Guerrero state) * Knowledge of the security field is desirable * 1 year of experience DUTIES: * Develop training programs for operational staff * Disseminate training programs to assigned personnel and keep them updated * Coordinate training sessions while supervising and evaluating assigned personnel * Provide continuous classroom and on-site training to supervisors * Prepare training materials * Coordinate research on training topics, among others WE OFFER: * Weekly salary of $3200 * 12x12 shift schedule * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Work location near Revolución Metro Station !!JOIN US RIGHT AWAY!!
