JOIN OUR TEAM!! ### **Functional Support Analyst** * **Location: CDMX, Paseo de la Reforma Avenue.** * **Work Mode: On-site.** * **Advanced intermediate English (B2\) proficiency is mandatory.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience managing critical or complex incidents affecting credit operations. * Experience conducting root cause analysis to identify recurring failures and structural issues. * Solid knowledge of ITIL, especially in incident, problem, and change management. * Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, subqueries, and diagnostic scripts). * Experience identifying data errors and ensuring data integrity in credit systems. * Knowledge of UML or BPMN for business process modeling and analysis. * Familiarity with integrations and APIs using JSON, XML, and tools such as Postman. * Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Ability to create dashboards and analyze regional incident trends. **We Offer:** * Career development plan. * 100% payroll-based compensation structure. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Training and certifications. * Agreements with various companies.
