We are confident you will contribute meaningfully to this outstanding team! **We are seeking an Operational Coordinator** **Responsibilities:** * Vehicle management (academic outings, sports workshops, cultural activities, etc.) * Vehicle functionality review (verification, registration, traffic fines, etc.) * Inventory control * Distribution of parking permits, uniforms, materials, etc. * Locker rental management * Support for various school events * Multitasking and multifunctional capabilities * Expense tracking and corporate card billing for purchases. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration or Business. * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday.** * **Immediate availability to start.** * Valid driver’s license. * This is a dynamic position. * Preferably reside in the Tlalnepantla area (preferred). * Ability to issue invoices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Proactive and service-oriented attitude. * Attention to detail. * Empathetic. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Courteous. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary: $15,000 MXN * Direct employment contract with the school. * Statutory benefits: IMSS registration, 15-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium. * Additional benefits: Grocery vouchers, life insurance, accident insurance, academic benefits.
