The position we are seeking is to provide technical support to company staff and customers requiring such services, specializing in technology, networks, and computing equipment. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Updating, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on computing equipment, software diagnostics and support. (Desktops and laptops) \- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. \- Providing assistance to staff. \- On-site and remote support. \- Data backup for computing equipment. \- Cloning and migration. \- Configuration of multifunction devices.
