Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Solutions Analyst to support requirements elicitation and documentation, solution analysis, and participation in agile ceremonies. Key Highlights: 1. Support in eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements. 2. Participation in validation of functional and non-functional requirements. 3. Collaboration within agile teams and tracking of activities. **Profile: Junior Solutions Analyst** **Hybrid – CDMX** **Approximate experience: \+/\- 1 year** **Requirements:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of functional analysis and requirements documentation. * Basic knowledge of UML (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Flowcharts). * Ability to interpret functional processes and workflows. * Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases. * Basic understanding of REST APIs and microservices concepts. * General understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar. * Introductory knowledge of data structures and basic programming concepts is desirable. * Experience with diagramming/modeling tools such as Draw.io, Enterprise Architect, or Visio is desirable. * Experience in analyzing legacy applications or enterprise ecosystems is desirable. Required certifications and methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum/Agile is desirable; formal certification is not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities or Functions:** * Support in eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements. * Translation of business needs into functional documentation. * Creation of flowcharts and basic process modeling. * Analysis and documentation of existing solutions. * Participation in validation of functional and non-functional requirements. * Support to Senior Analysts and Architects during analysis sessions. * Identification of workflows, dependencies, and integrations among applications. * Creation and maintenance of technical and functional documentation. * Participation in agile ceremonies and tracking of activities.
