**Bilingual Initial Consultation Physician – Hair Transplant Clinic**
**Company:** A specialized hair transplant clinic focused on comprehensive patient care and premium patient experience.
**Location:** WTC, Mexico City, Benito Juárez borough
**Work Mode:** In-person
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In case of surgery: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
**Salary:** $20,000 monthly net (Negotiable for candidates with hair transplant experience) \+ commissions

**Job Objective**
Provide professional and empathetic initial medical assessment to national and international patients interested in hair transplantation, ensuring a comprehensive care experience, clear clinical guidance, and support throughout the treatment decision-making process.
**Requirements**
**Education**
* General Physician with mandatory professional license.
* Advanced conversational English (for treating international patients).
**Experience**
* Experience in general medical consultation and direct patient interaction.
* Desirable experience in aesthetic or hair-related procedures (not mandatory), but with strong interest in training as a Hair Transplant Physician.
* Proficiency in managing clinical records and basic administrative processes.
**Technical Knowledge**
* General medicine and basic clinical assessment.
* Diagnosis of conditions that may affect minor surgical procedures.
* Fundamental knowledge of consultative counseling and patient orientation.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Patient Reception and Care**
* Receive and guide patients with professional and warm demeanor.
* Build trust from the first consultation by aligning medical expectations with anticipated outcomes.
**2\. Medical Assessment**
* Conduct complete medical history and hair evaluation.
* Determine hair transplant feasibility and/or alternative treatment options.
* Identify medical conditions that may impact the procedure.
**3\. Informative Consultations**
* Explain the procedure, benefits, risks, and pre- and post-operative care.
* Address questions clearly and ethically, ensuring informed consent.
**4\. Administrative Management**
* Compile and update clinical records in compliance with regulations.
* Enter information into internal systems.
* Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up.
**5\. Consultative Commercial Approach**
* Support patient conversion through objective medical counseling.
* Promote packages and additional services ethically and with patient well-being as the central focus.
**6\. Collaborative Work**
* Coordinate with medical and commercial teams to ensure a seamless, integrated patient experience.
