This position requires a combination of leadership, strategic vision, and strong technical capability. **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical teams in Fullstack development projects. * Define and validate software architecture and technical design. * Ensure code quality and compliance with technical standards. * Document data models, interface contracts, and technical guidelines. * Identify technical risks and propose solutions aligned with project objectives. * Collaborate with architects, Project Managers, and key stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement and provide technical mentorship to the team. **Requirements:** * \+5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or technical leader. * Solid development experience with **Java** and **Angular**. * Knowledge of: + Spring Boot + Hibernate + MVC + REST and SOAP services + Microservices architecture * Experience in software architecture design. * Technical documentation skills (data models, APIs, standards). * Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Intermediate English (technical reading and communication). **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Participation in high-impact global projects. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * A collaborative environment focused on innovation.
