We accelerate performance through RFID-enabled inventory and loss prevention solutions, price management, global compliance, and brand security solutions **Job Description** * Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at 100% while performing tasks in the work area. * Inspect the process on each machine at the start, midpoint, and end of the production order. * Verify that operators perform inspections according to the control plan for each machine. * Present and respond to general process reports. * Submit release reports and non-conforming material reports. * Receive and hand over necessary information to the equipment operator during shift change. * Work with machine operators to achieve scrap, quality, and productivity targets. * Prepare sample packages per order for storage. * Store and record process inspections for lamination, silicone coating, and sheeting. * Collect required samples/information from raw materials for supplier claims. * Collect necessary information for feedback regarding warehouse-related damages. * Inspect indirect materials according to the checklist. * Perform raw material sampling according to the checklist. * Participate in corrective action meetings concerning customer complaints and process improvement opportunities. * Participate in autonomous maintenance and continuous improvement processes (e.g., Kaizen, Tier 2, PDCA). * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of 5S in the area. * Report and evaluate conditions affecting personal and team safety (e.g., Near Miss, CC). Timely and proper execution of removable tasks. * **Qualifications** * This position is unionized.
