Knowledge and Responsibilities: * Food and Beverage knowledge. * Basic food and beverage knowledge, including table service. * Experience with wines and distilled spirits. * Ensure restaurant operations, service, and customer service comply with established standards and guidelines, promoting sales. * Ensure timely and courteous service and customer interaction, as well as guidance regarding menu items served at the establishment. * Support maximum sales at optimal cost-benefit for the establishment. * Monitor cleanliness of tables, floors, utensils, etc. * Perform duties inherent to the position. * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene. * Individual accountability. * Adhere to quality and service standards.
