Today, our operations span Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia, and Austria, with approximately 23,000 employees—all driven by the deep belief that, both at work and in life, it’s not about the destination but the journey. **Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma or Technical Superior University degree (TSU) 3 years of maintenance experience Plastic injection experience (desirable) Minimum 1 year of fault diagnosis experience Experience in preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance Knowledge and experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics Knowledge of electrical diagrams Availability for shift work **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** **Objective:** Responsible for executing the department’s preventive and predictive maintenance activities, continuously seeking system improvements to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation and maintain equipment availability. Execute assigned maintenance tasks on time and as scheduled Proper adherence to GET procedures Compliance with area safety and hygiene regulations Participation in identifying critical spare parts for equipment under one’s responsibility Execution of autonomous maintenance for the assigned area.
