*Join our team!* **CITYBUS**, one of the most important transportation companies in Querétaro, is looking for your talent as a **TRAINING ANALYST** ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Ensure the Training Needs Diagnosis (DNC). * Guarantee the development and execution of the annual training plan aligned with the company's actual needs. * Ensure compliance with SIRCE platform requirements and STPS regulations. * Ensure measurement and achievement of training indicators to evaluate program effectiveness. * Deliver Induction (Onboarding) courses to new operational and administrative employees. * Manage documentation related to applicable regulations. (DC1, DC2, DC3, and DC4 forms) ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related field.
