Leadership FUNCTIONS / ACTIVITIES: 1 Disseminate processes and Operational Standards to all staff. 2 Monitor the achievement of Dealer objectives through CSI. 3 Ensure continuous improvement in Dealer processes. 4 Handle Dealer certifications. 5 Implement work team. 6 Evaluate compliance with processes. 7 Identify opportunities. 8 Monitor compliance with managers' training plans. 9 Establish communication programs to disseminate operational standards. 10 Analyze customer satisfaction exit surveys. 11 Conduct internal audits. 12 Develop action plans for process improvement. Works Monday through Saturday. Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
