Summary: This role involves integrating processes across AGCO sites, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a better and more sustainable world through engineering design and failure analysis. This position will work in integration between AGCO sites and be sure that all process/standards are followed. **Your Impact** * Ensure that all the procedures have been accomplished before the drawing release; * Technical synergy with another engineering design teams – AGCO and/or Suppliers; * Failure analysis using right methods (DFMEA, 8D, etc); * Build and Maintain Product BOM (Bill of Material) according global procedures; * Deal with critical projects according to engineering strategy; **Your Experience and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering * 2 to 5 years working with product development, agricultural machinery background, technical drawing knowledge * SAP, ERP System experienced Windchill \- PLM System / Process experienced * Engineering / Quality tools expert (DFMEA, DVP, Design Review, DFX, etc) * Upper Intermediate English * Proactivity \- Critical and analytical sense \- Decision making \- Control / monitoring of processes \- Systemic vision **Your Benefits** * Major Medical Expense Plan and Life Insurance. * Food vouchers and Savings Fund. * On\-site Cafeteria Service. * Professional development through training and learning opportunities within the organization. * Work\-life balance. **Your Workplace** You will work with your AGCO colleagues on site model in Queretaro (MX).
