Requirements * Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related degree (certified) * Minimum **5 years of experience in industrial electrical construction projects** Main Responsibilities * Supervise industrial electrical installations (medium and low voltage) * Coordinate contractors, technicians, and suppliers on-site * Review electrical drawings and develop single-line diagrams * Track project progress, schedules, and technical reports * Supervise factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning * Manage materials, costs, and budgets * Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations * Resolve technical issues on-site Technical Knowledge * Electrical calculations, protection systems, and selectivity * Substations, transformers, motors, variable frequency drives, and PLCs * Grounding systems and electrical distribution * NOM, NEC, and CFE regulations * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, OPUS, and MS Project Desirable * Industrial safety certifications (DC3, OSHA, NFPA 70E) We Offer * Salary: **MXN $20,000 per month, net** * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Location:** Celaya, Guanajuato Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site
