




We are seeking an Engineering and Projects Manager to lead the execution of industrial projects from conceptualization through delivery to internal customers. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage engineering projects: conceptualization, planning, execution, and closure. * Prepare technical and economic proposals for investment approval. * Supervise project engineers, contractors, and external consultants. * Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and services, as well as supplier selection. * Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and scope. * Lead pre-operational and operational testing of installed systems. * Manage project risks, scope changes, and documentation. * Promote continuous improvement and optimization of production processes. * Administer department budgets and negotiate with suppliers. * Supervise compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Prepare and maintain periodic reports on project progress. * Develop basic and detailed engineering for minor projects. * Supervise plant safety and follow up on incidents and corrective actions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s in Project Management preferred). * Minimum of 4 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * In-depth knowledge of industry standards, process equipment design, and automation selection. * Strong organizational, leadership, and results-oriented skills. * Commitment to safety and quality. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). * Intermediate to advanced English (preferred). **Key Competencies** * Project organization and management. * Ability to manage multiple projects. * Leadership and teamwork. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
