Primary Job Objective** Ensure the efficient execution of all cleaning and disinfection programs within the company’s facilities, at high quality standards, by managing and training assigned personnel to maintain a hygienic, safe, and presentable work environment. ### **II. Key Responsibilities and Functions** #### **A. Supervision and Operational Management** * **Task Assignment:** Assign specific zones and tasks daily to cleaning staff, adjusting the plan according to operational needs (e.g., events, visits, emergencies). * **Quality Inspection:** Conduct daily inspection rounds across all areas (offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, critical areas) to ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards. * **Problem Resolution:** Immediately address and resolve any cleaning-related incidents or reports. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.), issuing timely purchase requests to prevent stockouts. #### **B. Personnel Management** * **Leadership and Coordination:** Motivate, coordinate, and guide the cleaning team to achieve high performance. * **Training:** Provide ongoing training to staff on proper chemical usage, operation of specialized equipment, and application of safety and hygiene protocols (including PPE usage). * **Attendance Control:** Supervise and record attendance, punctuality, and discipline of the team under supervision. #### **C.
