We are seeking a Logistics, Quality, and Packaging Supervisor. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle logistics documentation (freight calculation, GPS monitoring, travel expense invoicing) * Verify transporters’ operational and safety compliance to ensure secure deliveries. * Supervise distribution, delivery, and status of shipments to ensure adherence to committed customer timelines. * Manage and supervise monitoring, logistics, and traceability activities throughout the delivery cycle to ensure operational visibility and control. * Reconcile deliveries and validate shortages, discrepancies, and disputes to determine responsibilities and follow-up actions. * Address and resolve logistics incidents (roadblocks, accidents, delays) to minimize impact and promptly communicate with customers. * Supervise adherence to the weekly schedule to ensure efficiency in logistics operations. * Supervise product quality. * Manage product packaging. **Requirements** * University-level technical degree in Logistics or Quality. * 3–5 years of experience. * Traceability and operational control. * Operational safety and risk management. * Problem-solving skills. * Dynamic personality with a strong sense of urgency. * Ability to work under pressure. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Proficiency in Excel.
