Complete follow-up of the sales process until closure. Record and update information in the sales system. Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and deliveries. Coordinate with logistics and sales departments to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements High school diploma (technical or commercial background preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center. Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and interest in sales. Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM (preferred). We Offer $10,000 net monthly salary.
