**PROFILE** **AGE:** 18 years and older **GENDER:** Unrestricted **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred; experience in automotive or manufacturing industries desirable **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Meet daily production demand based on the production plan while ensuring the quality of produced parts. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct machine safety verification at the start of each shift. * Be responsible for the proper use and care of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by SHILOH. * Work safely following Ecology, Safety, and Hygiene guidelines; comply with provisions stipulated by the Federal Labor Law, Federal Regulation on Safety and Hygiene, Civil Protection Regulations, Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), ISO 14001 policies and standards, Clean Industry standards, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, and all other applicable regulations. * Report any unsafe acts or conditions within company facilities to the supervisor. * Leave product acceptance or rejection decisions to the supervisor. * Perform part inspection as required under the supervisor’s responsibility, in accordance with Quality Inspection instructions (e.g., Quality Guide, Control Plan, Quality Alerts, First/Last Piece Release, etc.). * Have the authority to halt shipment and stop production to correct quality issues. * Receive training and training materials related to quality checkpoints, with responsibility for ensuring product conformity to requirements. * Request all necessary support to carry out productive activities. * Meet established standards under normal operating conditions. * Perform job functions under the supervision of the area supervisor, in accordance with workplace instructions. * Report any abnormalities concerning parts or machinery to the area supervisor. * Learn from the supervisor how to complete operational records (e.g., 5S, purging, etc.). * Provide support to the department for overtime requirements when requested. * Knowledge of area policies, instructions, and procedures. * Learn, develop, and execute operations within the assigned area. * Identify and fill each container with the specified number of parts per packaging standards. * Ensure that the machine or work area remains clean and organized. * Know at least one machine and one process within the assigned production line. * Ensure compliance with laws of Mexico and/or any other jurisdiction while representing SHILOH or using equipment provided by SHILOH. * Maintain good relationships and mutual respect with coworkers. * Promptly inform immediate supervisor of any anomalies or nonconformities detected. * Carry out any other reasonable requests made by management. * Awareness of product quality aspects and importance of ensuring safety-critical (D) parts. * Knowledge of safety-critical (D) parts. * Verify safety-critical (D) parts during the process. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** * Basic mathematics. * Ability to operate machinery related to the job. * General knowledge of ISO 14000 standards. * Knowledge and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in the area. * Knowledge of significant aspects of the area. * Knowledge of environmental policy. * Knowledge of IATF 16949.
