We are seeking a Quality Auditor in the Automotive Metal-Mechanical sector to manage the IATF16949 quality management system, with responsibilities in inspection, reporting, and projects.

International company in the Automotive Metal-Mechanical sector (Tenneco) is looking for:
**Quality Auditor** (Automotive Quality Management System **IATF16949**)
Requirements:
* Completed technical degree in Quality, or incomplete Engineering degree.
* Work schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating across all three shifts (6am \- 2pm), (2pm \- 10pm), (10pm \- 6am)
* Knowledge of the Automotive Industry Quality Management System (**IATF-16949 Standard**)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. SAP or similar system knowledge is desirable.
* Must reside near Querétaro Industrial Park or own a vehicle to commute to work without difficulty.
* Knowledge and experience as a Quality Inspector or Auditor in **automotive sector** companies, including use of measurement instruments and laboratory equipment for testing, quality control, material testing, technical inspection of materials and finished products, ability to interpret drawings or diagrams. Familiarity with plant safety standards, procedural manuals, and foundational knowledge of tools such as: APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA. General understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
* Experience preparing reports and summaries, including graphical representation of findings.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control within Automotive Industry companies (**IATF-16949 Standard**)
Responsibilities:
* Prepare inspection checklists
* Responsible for MRB (Material Review Board) area; ensure reports remain up-to-date and materials disposition occurs promptly.
* Prepare and analyze scrap reports.
* Participate in Kaizen implementation.
* Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the management team.
* Responsible for assigned strategic planning projects and their timely completion.
* Support 100% of dock and inspection area audits.
* Responsible for compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Must be able to understand job-related risks and how to minimize them. All accidents or injuries, no matter how minor, must be reported immediately to any member of management or to the Environmental Health & Safety Manager. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
* Responsible for complying with the Plant and EH\&S policy endorsed by local management, meeting legal and other applicable requirements, and operational controls established under the EHSMS.
* Work toward achieving established objectives and goals, and comply with procedures consistent with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
* Capable of providing support as requested by the manager.
