Job Summary: A leading company in the Metal-Mechanical sector is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment calibration, and support engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. 2. Maintain electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic installations. 3. Participate in engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives. International company in the Metal-Mechanical sector (Tenneco) is seeking: Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements: * Completed technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or incomplete degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating across all three shifts: (6 a.m. \- 2 p.m.), (2 p.m. \- 10 p.m.), (10 p.m. \- 6 a.m.) * Desired knowledge of lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, and welding operations. * Must reside near Querétaro Industrial Park or own a vehicle for reliable commuting to work. * Knowledge and experience in industrial machinery maintenance at plant level, equipment calibration, lockout/tagout procedures, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings. * Experience using hand tools and instruments such as micrometers, voltmeters, ammeters, etc. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in production plants. Responsibilities: * Complete work orders and update the maintenance management software accordingly. * Execute technical activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. * Calibrate equipment; repair and maintain electronic, electrical, and mechanical instrumentation installed at the plant. * Follow lockout/tagout procedures. * Maintain electrical, mechanical \& pneumatic installations. * Support the production team. * Participate in engineering projects. * Participate in corrective maintenance actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Provide training to other staff members as required. * Fabricate components/parts when required.
