Requirements: * Completed upper secondary education. * Proven experience as a private security supervisor or in similar roles in Querétaro. * Solid knowledge of security and surveillance regulations and procedures. * Leadership and conflict resolution skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with staff. * Availability to work on-site and cover assigned shifts. * Firearms experience.
