Key Responsibilities: 1. First point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors. 2. Logistical support for courses, fairs, and graduation ceremonies. 3. Management of the Institute's social media accounts and student prospecting. We seek an organized, responsible individual with excellent service attitude to serve as an **Administrative Receptionist**, acting as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, while also supporting administrative and operational activities at the campus. **Core Responsibilities:** * Receiving payments for enrollments, monthly fees, etc. (Perform daily cash reconciliation). * Updating databases and payment receipts. * Providing logistical support for courses, fairs, and graduation ceremonies. * Managing the Institute's social media accounts. * Capturing evidence (e.g., photos/videos) of practical classes held on campus. * Conducting student prospecting in the field and via social media. * Requesting supplies or teaching materials. * Attending meetings via Google Meet. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields. * Skills: Friendly demeanor and service-oriented attitude. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a receptionist or in customer service. * Proficiency in using personal computers. **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM **Work Location:** Av.
