We are looking for a Personnel Supervisor with strong leadership and a results-driven focus to help us elevate and standardize our productivity levels. This role is for an individual with solid, verifiable experience leading production teams. ✅ Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate operational staff at the plant. Measure, analyze, and efficiently standardize production rates. Develop and interpret productivity charts and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and document reasons for failing to achieve desired productivity levels. Implement continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency. Generate daily/weekly production reports and performance analysis. Motivate, train, and maintain high-performing personnel. ✅ Essential Requirements: Industrial Engineering degree (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience as a production or operations supervisor (quality inspector profiles will not be considered). Strong knowledge in production measurement, data analysis, and process improvement. Proficiency in productivity analysis tools (Excel, charts, reports, etc.). High leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
