The ideal candidate must possess expertise in inventory management, Excel, and SAP B1, as well as leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervision of storage operations, inventory control, and compliance with required documentation. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure efficient warehouse administration by complying with regulations, quality standards, and timely supply of materials to sustain the construction and equipment processes, while optimizing operations and inventory costs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure achievement of established performance indicators by managing resources and making decisions aimed at optimal performance of defined warehouse and logistics operations. * Ensure service levels for internal and external customers. * Proficiency in inventory processes and regulations. * Conduct annual and cyclical inventories to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system inventory in SAP B1, thereby maintaining accurate warehouse stock records and preventing discrepancies. * Execute material transfers between warehouses and record them in SAP system according to established policies. * Maintain stock free from shrinkage. * Record incoming and outgoing goods. * Prepare and issue reports. * Issue invoices (only when necessary). * Supervise and organize personnel. * Perform picking, shipping, line production replenishment, and receipt of purchased materials, among other activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Accounting.
