Job Summary: Branch Manager responsible for supervising daily operations, staff, sales, and administration related to the marketing and distribution of spare parts. Key Highlights: 1. Designs and implements commercial plans and logistics management. ***REMAR DIESEL*** A company engaged in the marketing and distribution of heavy-duty vehicle spare parts is seeking a **Branch Manager** to supervise daily operations, staff, sales, and branch administration. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Ability to drive a standard pickup truck and valid driver's license * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel) * Knowledge of diesel spare parts (*preferred but not mandatory*) * Financial knowledge for cost control and budget management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Inventory management (receipts and dispatches) and warehouse control (stocking and replenishment) * Support in delivery/distribution, invoicing, and collections * Branch safety and hygiene * Procurement management and supplier relations * Vehicle maintenance * Staff management * Logistics management (delivery routes) * Design and implementation of commercial plans **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $11,480 before IMSS deductions (gross) * Monthly supplement of $4,920 * Additional commissions * Statutory benefits **WORK LOCATION:** Libramiento Sur Poniente No. 27133, Condominium Unit **Europark III**, Félix Osores Sotomayor Delegation, Querétaro, Querétaro.
