A company dedicated to structural modification and interior customization of high-end vehicles such as the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Suburban, and Escalade, etc., is currently in the operational consolidation phase in Querétaro.
We are seeking a Purchasing professional with technical judgment, planning capability, and rigorous inventory control, responsible for ensuring the timely availability of critical materials for productive operations.
This position directly impacts operational continuity, delivery timelines, and financial control.
***Job Objective***
Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials, tools, and supplies used in automotive conversion processes, while maintaining inventory control, purchase traceability, and effective coordination among the operational yard, warehouse, and General Management.
***Responsibilities***
* Advance purchasing planning aligned with production scheduling.
* Timely procurement of structural, electrical, upholstery, and finishing materials.
* Control and updating of physical and digital inventories.
* Prevention of critical shortages that halt operations.
* Supplier negotiation and identification of alternative supply sources.
* Precise tracking of purchase orders and delivery timelines.
* Technical specification validation prior to purchasing.
* Continuous coordination with Operations Supervision and the warehouse.
* Preparation of consumption, turnover, and cost reports.
* Implementation of formal traceability and internal requisition controls.
***Required Profile***
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial or automotive procurement.
Experience in inventory management and warehouse control.
Knowledge of industrial materials: hardware, engineered wood, steel, aluminum, adhesives, paints, and automotive consumables.
Planning, organizational, and detailed follow-up capabilities.
Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.

Salary: $11,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month
