**Job Description** -------------------------- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System, as well as managing internal audits and those required by customers; ensuring the processes necessary for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality system in accordance with the IATF 16949:2016 standard and specific customer requirements, reporting system performance and improvement needs to Management. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Plan, conduct, and coordinate system, process, and product audits, verifying adherence of each element, procedure, instruction, and record. * Review, track, and validate corrective actions arising from audits. * Comply with the overall audit program. * Maintain communication regarding system results and progress with Management staff and plant personnel. * Monitor through internal audits the implementation and dissemination of customer requirements. * Conduct layered audits according to the monthly schedule. * Track closure of nonconformities identified during system, process, product, customer, and third-party audits. * Support system audits as well as customer audits. * Hold biweekly meetings to report changes in specific customer requirements, if applicable or relevant. * 0 minor nonconformities during IATF certification audits. * 0 major nonconformities during third-party follow-up or recertification audits. * Adhere to the quality policy and fulfill the requirements of the QMS. * Ensure all personnel understand NOM-035 to prevent psychosocial risk factors. * Adhere to the quality policy and fulfill the requirements of the EHSMS. * Comply with NOM-035 and all directives established by Lear systems and applicable audits. **Skills** --------------- Negotiation Collaboration Competitive Analysis Solution-Oriented Organizational Leadership Decision Making Complex Problem Solving**Education** ------------- Completed Engineering degree. **Certifications** ------------------- IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Certification. **Language** ---------- English – Advanced
