




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Inventory Administrator to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and prevent losses at FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for controlling and recording product inflows and outflows. 2. Conducts inventory audits and data analysis to optimize stock levels. 3. Collaborates with pharmacy managers to enhance operational efficiency. Inventory Administrators at FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO – Various Locations We seek an organized, analytical individual with strong attention to detail to manage merchandise flow. Your primary objective will be to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and prevent losses or stockouts. ○Key Responsibilities○ \-Control and Recording: Supervise product inflows and outflows in the system. \-Audits: Conduct cyclic inventories and daily physical counts. \-Warehouse Management: Organize physical space to maximize operational efficiency in coordination with multifunctional staff. \-Data Analysis: Identify slow-moving items or potential shrinkage. \-Coordination: Work closely with pharmacy managers and multifunctional staff. ○Ideal Candidate Profile○ \-Experience: Minimum 6 months managing inventories. \-Competencies: Problem-solving ability, technical integrity, and results-oriented mindset. Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. We Offer Salary: $12,089\.70 monthly (gross).
