Oversee day-to-day construction activities and project compliance **CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT \| DATA CENTER PROJECTS** * Querétaro, El Marques * MXN $55,000 – $80,000 gross monthly salary * Mission Critical Construction Projects \| Data Centers Leading company specialized in construction and critical infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large\-scale, high\-complexity projects. We are looking for strong field leaders with extensive construction experience, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and driving successful project execution in mission critical environments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee and manage day\-to\-day construction activities on site. * Manage master schedules, project progress, and contractual compliance. * Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. * Manage QA/QC programs and punch list execution. * Supervise CSA and MEP scopes during base build and fit\-out construction. * Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and field personnel. * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Safety teams. * Support budgeting, logistics coordination, and project closeout activities. * Participate in site safety walks and audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of construction experience. * Previous experience as Superintendent on industrial, commercial, mission critical, or data center projects. * Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP construction activities. * Experience managing subcontractors and multiple field operations simultaneously. * Ability to independently lead large\-scale projects. * Strong understanding of scheduling, field coordination, and project execution. * Experience with QA/QC, construction safety, and project closeout. * **Conversational/technical English** * **Availability to work full\-time on site.** Sueldo: $55,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Seguro de gastos médicos Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
