We are currently seeking a VAN DRIVER Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Class C driver's license. * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Flexible availability. Responsibilities: * Be punctual and maintain proper focus during activities to provide optimal service to guests. * Keep work tools in optimal condition and ensure all necessary equipment for vehicle maintenance is available according to current formats. * Maintain a valid Class B driver's license corresponding to the vehicle plates (federal or state). * Provide transportation to guests within a radius of no more than 10 kilometers. * Drive the assigned transport vehicle with full responsibility during work activities. * Report any vehicle anomalies immediately to the immediate supervisor. * Notify the immediate supervisor on time when maintenance service or replacement of parts is due, as well as handle related procedures (registration, verification, insurance validity, etc.). * Know the coverage of the insurance policy and carry a copy of it in the vehicle. * Report any traffic incidents in which they are involved to their immediate supervisor or the hotel responsible. * Verify with reception the guest transportation logbook. * Provide personalized attention to guests at all times and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure. * Maintain a maximum speed of 80 km/h. * Keep the Check Room perfectly organized and clean. * Safeguard guest luggage and deliver it when requested. * Perform bellhop duties by accompanying guests to their rooms. * Manage corresponding logs according to Quality and Service manuals.
