We are looking for a Payroll Operator who wants to join a team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. ### **About the Role** As a Payroll Operator, you will be responsible for executing key payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support to employees. You will have the opportunity to work with various systems and contribute to the proper management of critical organizational information. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Process payroll incidents including overtime, leave requests, absences, medical leaves, INFONAVIT loans, savings accounts, bonuses, and work anniversaries. * Execute pre-payroll and payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. * Administer and safeguard employee files in accordance with internal guidelines. * Manage meal voucher cards and employee smart cards. * Respond to inquiries from employees and internal clients, providing clear and timely service. * Support continuous improvement of administrative payroll processes. ### Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in payroll and pre-payroll processes. * Intermediate level of English. * Knowledge of payroll tools or systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Timeblock, or similar. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality focus. * Ability to work collaboratively and deliver customer-oriented service. * Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
