




Responsibilities: · Generate weekly and biweekly payrolls, termination settlements, vacation bonuses, and employee vacations. · Obtain attendance incidents from the biometric system to support the company's payroll calculations. · Enter new hires, terminations, and salary changes into the Payroll system, generating variation reports and analysis for the Services Management team. · Execute the payroll stamping process according to SAT requirements, ensuring timely generation of logs and XML files. · Send payroll receipts to employees in electronic and/or printed format as required. · Submit new hire, termination, and change documents to the social security institute (IMSS) on time, ensuring all required documentation is complete to meet employer and governmental obligations. · Register or verify that employees are enrolled in the Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) to obtain SAT-issued tax certificates. · Reconcile SUA (Unique Self-Assessment System) records with IDSE (IMSS from your company), verifying that all transactions recorded by Social Security are reflected in SUA and that the Payroll system database matches the IDSE database. · Perform monthly reconciliation of the Monthly Self-Assessment Issuance (EMA) against SUA, verifying employee data such as daily salary, IMSS contributions, terminations, new hires, names, etc., following up on discrepancies for correction in SUA or documenting and reporting differences. · Provide employee support regarding payroll payment clarifications, procedures for cards, income verification, Infonavit, uniform distribution, and other benefits, among others.
