DESCRIPTION **Functional Payroll Specialist / Cloud Payroll Project** ------------------------------------------------------ Location: Plaza Ubika, Querétaro, Querétaro Contract type: Project (3 months) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hours Company: ISI Solutions ### **Company Description** ISI Solutions is a Mexican company specialized in payroll administration under outsourcing schemes, specialized services, recruitment, and accounting. We focus on providing efficient and technological solutions that optimize our clients' operational processes. ### **Position Objective** Collaborate in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business rules, formulas, and processes related to payroll calculation, with the purpose of translating them into functional specifications for the development and implementation of a cloud-based payroll system. ### **Responsibilities** * Interpret legal regulations related to payroll (Federal Labor Law, Income Tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT) and translate them into functional logic applicable to software development. * Document business rules, formulas, use cases, and incidents. * Validate system outputs through simulations and testing in Excel. * Collaborate with technical teams and key users in system implementation and improvement. * Model processes using flowcharts and user stories. * Participate in functional review and validation sessions. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or Information Technology. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll calculation or payroll system implementation. * Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation. * Knowledge of payroll processes: earnings, deductions, Income Tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT, severance calculations, and hybrid payroll computation. * Desirable: experience with SUA, IDSE, CFDI, tax stamping, and UAT testing. * Database knowledge or programming logic understanding will be valued. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication with technical and functional teams. * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Proactivity, teamwork, and commitment. * Results-oriented, quality-focused, and continuous improvement mindset. ### **We Offer** * Competitive net biweekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * Participation in a high-impact technology project. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
