Job Description Objective Ensure the availability of raw materials for use according to customer requirements, maintaining inventory at the level specified in objectives. Avoid negative impacts caused by material shortages and/or information gaps. Key Responsibilities Ensure material availability for production. * Verify the availability of specific materials in the system (SAP). * Plan and monitor materials in terms of timing and quantity. * Administer and monitor material consumption at the plant. * Define and procure raw materials and components from various suppliers, managing delivery lead times and customer demand. * Review the production plan. * Notify warehouse of material arrivals. * Coordinate and approve material collection with traffic/logistics. * Monitor critical materials and inform relevant departments. * Verify availability of packaging and chemicals to track deliveries and detect shortages. * Monitor resin consumption. * And any other tasks not explicitly listed but falling within the scope of this position.
